A hand-shaped stoneware mug painted with Tang-inspired figures, flowers and playful color. The rim and wall are intentionally irregular, so it feels more like a studio cup than a factory-perfect cylinder.

The appeal is not symmetry. Small dents, a wavering rim and loose brushwork keep the cup animated in the hand, while the historical figure motif gives each side something different to notice.
