Our products
We sell porcelain and ceramic pieces selected in Jingdezhen, China. Many are kiln-fired in small batches: glaze tone, speckling and small surface variations are inherent to the process and are not defects. The making method (hand-painted, carved, moulded, transfer-decorated, etc.) is stated on each product page, and screen colours may differ slightly from real life.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in US dollars. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Your order is confirmed when payment completes, and an order number starting with JC is shown and kept for lookup on the Track Order page.
Shipping, returns & breakage
Every order has a flat US$15 worldwide shipping fee. Orders are dispatched from China within 1-3 business days and typically arrive 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or not as described; customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Refund timing and breakage protection are described in our Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms. Import duties, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Product reviews must reflect your genuine experience. By submitting a review you grant us the right to display it on this site. We moderate only to remove spam, personal data and abusive content — not to filter out criticism.
Liability
Our products are decorative and household items; please inspect your parcel on arrival and contact us within 48 hours about transit damage. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Who we are
Qingci (青瓷集) is a trading name used by an independently operated online seller based in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi, China. It is not presented as a registered limited company.
