If a piece is not right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. This page tells you exactly how, what it costs, and where to send it.
What can be returned
- Unused items in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
- Items that arrived broken — tell us with photos within 7 days of delivery; nothing needs to be sent back. Items that are incorrect or not as described — within 30 days.
- Custom and personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Who pays return shipping
- We pay if the item arrived broken, incorrect, or not as described.
- You pay if you simply changed your mind. Return postage from outside China is usually expensive, so please email us first — in some cases a partial refund without a return is cheaper for both of us, and we will say so rather than let you spend more than the item is worth.
How to start a return
- Email admin@porcelaincharm.com with your order number and, if the item is damaged, a photo of the piece and the box.
- We reply within one business day with return instructions and confirm the address below is correct for your case.
- Send the item back with tracking, and send us the tracking number.
Please contact us before shipping anything back. Not because we want to slow you down — unannounced parcels from abroad can be held or refused at our end, and then neither of us can find them.

Refunds
- Breakage claims are refunded as soon as we have seen your photo — you do not need to send the broken piece back.
- Other returns are refunded within 5 business days of the item reaching us and passing inspection.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 days to show it.
- The original shipping charge ($15, or $4.90 for bracelets) is refunded when the return is our fault, and retained when it is a change of mind.
Cancelling an order
Email us before the parcel is dispatched (normally within 1–3 business days of ordering) and we will cancel and refund in full. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it has to be handled as a return.
