Shipping cost
Orders under US$59 ship at a flat US$15 (ceramic bracelets US$4.90). Orders of US$59 or more ship free. The rate is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.
Add items until the cart reaches US$59 and shipping drops to free. Three $19.90 bracelets is the simplest way. Below that threshold the flat rates above still apply.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–3 business days. Each piece is inspected and packed by hand before it leaves.
- Transit: typically 7–15 business days (about 10–20 days) after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs.
- Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed over. You can also see it under My Account.
These are working-day estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections and peak periods can add time, and we will tell you honestly if a parcel is running late.
How fragile pieces are packed
Every order is double-boxed: the inner gift box is suspended inside a corrugated outer box with moulded foam and honeycomb wrap, and shipped on a fragile-goods express line. See the packaging page for how this is done.
If a piece arrives broken, we refund it in full. Send us a photo of the piece and the box within 7 days of delivery and you choose: replacement or refund. Nothing needs to be sent back for a breakage claim.
Customs, duties and taxes
Parcels are shipped from China. Any import duties, taxes or customs handling fees charged by your country are set by your own customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare shipments accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare their value.
