Is every piece made in Jingdezhen?
Most are. The majority of our pieces are made in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi, and sourced directly from its studios and kilns. A few are other materials, for example our bone china teacups, a stoneware gaiwan set and a zisha-style clay teapot, and each product page names the material. Where we have verified it, the product page states the making method; if we are not sure, we say what we can see instead of guessing.
How do you ship fragile porcelain internationally?
Double-boxed with molded foam, global fragile express with tracking. Breakage is covered in full: send photos of the piece and the box within 7 days of delivery and choose a replacement or a refund. Nothing to send back.
How do I care for my gaiwan and ceramic bracelets?
Rinse porcelain soon after tea and hand wash. Keep ceramic beads away from perfume, hot springs and chemical cleaners.

30-day returns on unused items in original packaging; for change-of-mind returns the customer pays return postage.
