Yes. Every item is sourced directly from studios and kilns in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi. Where we have verified it, the product page states the making method; if we are not sure, we say what we can see instead of guessing.
How do you ship fragile porcelain internationally?
Double-boxed with molded foam, global fragile express with tracking. Breakage is covered in full: send photos of the piece and the box within 7 days of delivery and choose a replacement or a refund. Nothing to send back.
How do I care for my gaiwan and ceramic bracelets?
Rinse porcelain soon after tea and hand wash. Keep ceramic beads away from perfume, hot springs and chemical cleaners.
