Glazes and brushwork vary from piece to piece, so no two are exactly alike. Before dispatch we photograph the exact piece packed for your order — on request, a short video too. If it is not what you wanted, we cancel and refund in full before it ever leaves Jingdezhen.
Porcelain in transit is our risk, not yours. If anything arrives broken, send photos within 7 days and choose a free replacement or a full refund, shipping included. You never post the broken piece back.

Delicate and elegant. The four gentlemen (plum, orchid, bamboo, chrysanthemum) are painted so delicately. Hung them in the dining room and they look genuinely elegant. Each plate came individually wrapped — nice attention to detail.
