Material & craft

Flambe — "kiln-change" — glaze is fired above 1,200 °C, where copper and iron oxides melt and drift, pooling into speckles no painter could plan. Each cube comes out of the kiln wearing its own weather, so no two bracelets ever match.

Why we selected it

The beads are glazed, fired and hand-strung in Jingdezhen on a sturdy elastic cord, so the bracelet slips over the hand and settles comfortably on most wrists.

Before you order

Questions buyers actually ask.

Why is my bracelet's coloring different from the photo?
Flambe glaze transforms in the kiln — coral, teal, mustard and blush land differently on every cube. The photos show the palette family; your beads are your own edition.
Are cube beads comfortable?
The corners are softened in finishing and the cubes sit flat against the wrist on stretch cord — geometry without the poke.

Even better than the photo — I was nervous the colors wouldn't match the picture, but they're somehow better in person. The little cubes catch the light on their flat faces in a way round beads just don't. Mine came out coral and teal and it goes with literally everything I own. And they weren't kidding about every bead being one-of-a-kind — mine looks nothing like my friend's, and we both love that. Stretch cord, no clasp, just slips on.

Daughter is obsessed. So cute! Got it for my daughter and she's obsessed with feeding it coins. The red is vibrant with a nice glossy finish, and it's good quality for the price. A cheerful little shelf friend.

Perfect for my ritual. Exactly what I wanted for my incense. The crackle glaze is subtle and the tripod shape is classic. Good size, sits stable, and it arrived intact. The celadon tone is very calming.
