Tracked shipping from $4.90, free over $59. Dispatch from Jingdezhen within 1–3 business days.
US$15 per order to every country we ship to (US$4.90 for ceramic bracelets); orders of US$59 or more ship free. The rate does not change with order size or weight, and it is shown before you pay. We do not currently offer free shipping at any order value.
Processing: 1–3 business days — each piece is inspected and packed by hand before it leaves Jingdezhen, China. Transit: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs. These are working-day estimates, not guarantees.
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed over. You can also use the order lookup page.
Parcels are shipped from China. Any import duties, taxes or customs handling fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare shipments accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare their value.
Every order is double-boxed and shipped on a fragile-goods express line. If a piece arrives broken, we refund it in full — send a photo of the piece and the box within 7 days of delivery and choose replacement or refund.
