Last updated: July 24, 2026. Qingci 青瓷集 is the trading name of Jingdezhen Zhushan District Qi Yu Jian Ceramics Studio, Jingdezhen, China.
We sell porcelain and ceramic pieces selected in Jingdezhen, China. Many are kiln-fired in small batches: glaze tone, speckling and small surface variations are inherent to the process and are not defects. The making method is stated on each product page, and screen colours may differ slightly from real life.
All prices are in US dollars. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Your order is confirmed when payment completes, and an order number starting with JC is shown and kept for lookup on the order lookup page.
Shipping is US$15 per order (US$4.90 for bracelets) and free on orders over US$59. Orders are dispatched from China within 1–3 business days and typically arrive 7–15 business days after dispatch. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or not as described; customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. The Shipping and Returns pages form part of these terms. Import duties, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
Our products are decorative and household items; please inspect your parcel on arrival and contact us within 7 days about transit damage. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Consumer rights in your country still apply — these terms do not replace them.
