Change-of-mind returns and breakage are handled separately.
Unused items in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Items that arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described — at any point within 30 days. Custom and personalised pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Photograph the outer carton and the broken piece within 7 days of delivery. Breakage claims are settled as soon as we have seen your photo — free replacement or full refund, your choice — you do not need to send the broken piece back. Do not discard the packing until we confirm.
We pay if the item arrived broken, incorrect, or not as described. You pay if you simply changed your mind. Please email us first — in some cases a partial refund without a return is cheaper for both of us, and we will say so.

Returns are refunded within 5 business days of the item reaching us and passing inspection, back to the original payment method; your bank may take a further 5–10 days to show it. The US$15 shipping charge is refunded when the return is our fault, and retained when it is a change of mind.
Glaze pooling, crackle, and brush variation are not defects. They are named on the product page when they matter.
