Description

A stretch bracelet of hand-glazed ceramic animals — owl, elephant, bee, turtle, cat and friends, each one a few millimetres of kiln work.

Product Story

The animals are glazed porcelain, so they carry real ceramic shine and weight — closer to miniature figurines than plastic charms. The palette stays soft: cream, butter yellow, sage green, powder blue and pink.

Faces are painted by hand with fine dots and dashes, which gives every animal a slightly different expression. Small glazed spacer beads sit between the animals so they do not knock against each other on the wrist.

  • A full parade of glazed animal beads — owl, spotted dog, pink elephant, bee, turtle, cat, monkey, bird, rabbit and more
  • Each animal is moulded and painted by hand, with dotted eyes and blush marks
  • Beads approx. 12–21 mm, strung on stretch cord with small spacer beads
  • No clasp — it stretches gently over the hand
  • An easy gift for animal lovers, students, or anyone who likes small joyful things

The Making

Faces are painted by hand with fine dots and dashes, which gives every animal a slightly different expression. Small glazed spacer beads sit between the animals so they do not knock against each other on the wrist.

Care

Ceramic beads are tough in daily wear but can chip if knocked hard against stone or metal — take the bracelet off for sports and heavy housework. Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth; avoid long soaks.

Each animal is only a couple of centimetres of glazed clay, but the dotted eyes and blush cheeks are surprisingly expressive up close. The cord stretches gently over most hands; it’s sturdy for daily wear but we’d still take it off for swimming and sport. Kids adore it — just note the beads are ceramic, so it’s a ‘small treasure’, not a toy.

FAQ

How many animals are on one bracelet?+
A full parade — owl, spotted dog, pink elephant, bee, turtle, cat, monkey, bird, rabbit and friends, as shown in the photos. Beads run roughly 12–21 mm.
Is this suitable for a child?+
It is sized and strung for adult and teen wrists. For young children we'd advise against it — small ceramic parts and small people are a poor mix.
Are the faces printed?+
No — eyes and blush marks are dotted on by hand before glazing, so each animal wears a slightly different expression.
