Material & craft

This Jingdezhen blue-and-white bowl set combines collectible linglong rice-grain porcelain with practical graduated sizing. Each bowl stacks neatly inside the next, decorated with cobalt dragon medallions, blue key-fret rims, and tiny translucent rice-grain openings that glow softly in daylight.

Why we selected it

Use it on rustic wood with fresh greenery for a bright homey look, or stack it in an open kitchen shelf to show the clever nested form.

Before you order

Questions buyers actually ask.

What is rice-grain (linglong) porcelain?
Tiny translucent windows are cut into the clay and filled with glaze, so the walls glow when backlit — a Jingdezhen specialty centuries old. Hold a bowl to the light and see.
Are these bowls for use or display?
Both — they are glazed, food-safe porcelain that also happens to nest beautifully. Everyday rice bowls with a museum trick up their sleeve.
How do they store?
They are graduated sizes that nest into a single compact stack — the set takes the cupboard space of one large bowl.

A real statement piece. Stunning set. The dragon pattern is sharp and the nesting design saves so much cupboard space. The rice-grain windows glow when the light hits them. Worth every dollar — this is the centerpiece of my table now.

Perfect good-luck gift. Bought this for my niece before her exams (the elephant = luck thing). She hasn't taken it off since. It's lighter than it looks and the colors are soft rather than loud — cheerful without being childish. Arrived faster than I expected too.

The real deal. Big, impressive piece with serious presence on the shelf. The dragon is hand-painted beautifully. It's expensive, but you can tell it's authentic the moment you hold it. Arrived with zero damage thanks to the careful packaging.
